Everything is still white outside - white snow, white overcast sky, black trees - dull really
So I decided to treat our little cabin to a bunch of bright yellow daffodils.
That tiny splurge changed our whole mood. All of a sudden we could feel spring is on its way, even if we couldn't see it.
It also inspired this colour scheme (black and yellow) and these paintings.
Dreaming of forsythia bouquets and bike rides on warm spring days ... happy spring everyone!
