Art in unexpected places

I simply had to share this.

For all my sewing friends out there, you will never be able to look at a sewing needle in the same way again.

Willard Wigan uses a hair pricked from a fly to carve a grain of sand into something recognizable. 

This tiny sculpture fits inside the eye of a needle and can only be seen under a microscope. Crazy I know!
